A Knoxville Blues Festival taking place in the beautiful Raccoon Valley. This Knoxville, Tennessee Blues Festival has a great line-up of bands and is sure to please everyone's musical tastes!
WHEN
Saturday, September 24, 2011
Gates will open at 10:30 am, first band starts at 11:15 am. The festival will finish with an “All-Star Revue” at around 11:00 pm. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Attendees should bring blankets or lawn chairs!!! Don't forget a rain suit or poncho in case we get a sprinkle.

This Knoxville Blues Festival is taking place at 265 Patt Lane, Powell, TN 37849 (Just a couple miles east of Clinton Highway on Raccoon Valley Rd. And, just 5 miles off I-75 at the Raccoon Valley Rd. exit...head west!) CLICK HERE FOR MAP.
Tickets are $25 online in advance (must be purchased by September 17th), and $30 the day of the show. You will get a confirmation when you purchase the tickets online. Bring the confirmation to the event for your admission wristband!

CAMPING
There are a few select campsites avialable for RV parking, and lots of space if you want to pitch a tent and spend Saturday night. Call Greg at 865-389-5833 for more infomation about camping at Bluzin' in the Valley. This Knoxville, Tennessee Blues Festival is growing into a great event for blues and bluegrass lovers.
Eleven and under are FREE!
The festival will only sell tickets online and at the gate. Save money and purchase early online!! There will be a limited number of tickets sold online, and you will only be able to purchase them online through September 20th, so don't wait...use the "buy" button on the home page to order your tickets.
Vendors will be providing a wide assortment of tasty foods and cold beverages. (We ask that no outside food and beverage be brought in). There will also be a few arts and crafts vendors.
There will be beer sold at this event. ID's will be carefully checked, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Proceeds from Bluzin' in the Valley, a Knoxville Blues Festival, will benefit the Joy of Music School in Knoxville.
Parking is FREE!! It is a short walk from the parking area to the festival grounds. There will be transportation available to those with special needs.
There will be limited shuttle service to and from the parking lot.
Children are welcome (however, there will be beer sold at the event)
Parents should bring anything necessary to keep their little ones entertained. No bounce house, or children's activities will be provided.
Sorry, we love pets but don’t want them exposed to the loud music. So, no pets on this fun day.
